SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Handling Time All orders are carefully prepared and typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods or for custom framing requests, please allow up to 7-10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Carriers We ship via UPS and USPS, selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Carrier selection ensures your artwork arrives safely and on time. Local deliveries may be hand delivered by CreekRoad Studios.
Packaging & Art Protection Every piece is packaged with the care it deserves. Unframed prints are rolled and shipped in rigid archival tubes to prevent creasing or damage. Framed works are wrapped in protective materials, corner-guarded, and boxed in cartons designed for fine art transport. We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives in gallery-ready condition.
Domestic Delivery Timeframes Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
Large-Format Artwork Large-format and oversized pieces ship via our specialized Large Artwork profile and may require additional handling time and packaging. These orders are shipped via UPS with extra protective measures. You will be notified if any special arrangements are needed for your order.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
